The bright and stylishly furnished apartment is partially newly renovated and offers a balcony overlooking the sea in one of the best areas of Las Palmas: in Guanarteme.

Just cross the street and you'll find yourself on the promenade of the famous Las Canteras city beach.

The studio is furnished with a 1.50 m x 2 m bed and a sofa bed on which one more person can sleep.
It has a large smart TV and 600 mb fiber optic Internet (very fast).

The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave and extra oven, espresso maker and coffee machine and an induction ceramic hob.
