Everything was perfekt. The flat ist modern, clean, comfortable with many specials. A highlight ist the garden with the jacuzzi and the big terrace on the top. Roberto is a perfect host. We got all information we needed for an amazing holiday. We can recommend this apartment for everyone.

We were traveling in a group of 7. The host was a most hospitable gentleman. He prepared for everything we needed upon arrival, even including a bottle of chilled complimentary champagne! The house was beautiful and comfortable, spacious enough to fit all of us in. There was a pretty church right next to the house, and major sights within 15 minutes drive. There was a metro station about 5 minutes walk from the house, but unfortunately it was temporarily under construction so we had to take a bus to the main terminal first, which was a little drag. Very lovely stay. Recommended for all!

Roberto and Fabrizio were amazing hosts. They were incredibly gracious, helpful, and communicated with us very consistently. They are very proud of their home and their city and gave us many suggestions and recommendations for food, sights, and things to do in the neighbourhood. We will definitely be back!

Roberto's apartment is wonderful. He met us at the Metro stop and helped us with our luggage (he grabbed the heaviest bag, thanks Roberto!). He left ua a bottle of prosecco and sparkling water on our arrival. Apartment was very clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is not huge, but it's in the heart of Rome, convenient to everywhere in the city. Roberto was always available to help (we had an issue Sunday night with the electricity in the penthouse and he go right back to me - I should have been able to figure it out myself). He also sent me a text the second or third day to see if we needed extra towels or anything. The configuration of the apartment was perfect for us. It's actually 2 separate apartments that are accessible through a main door. The penthouse has a large bed (queen size, I think), a kitchen and bathroom with a fancy shower. The main level had 2 bedrooms, 1 large and perfect for a couple, 1 small and perfect for a child, and a pull out couch in the living/dining room. Our 15 year old got the penthouse, which was nice as she was able to have some privacy, and my wife and I stayed in the lower apartment with our 10 year old. The terrace was fantastic and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying some beer/wine after a day out enjoying the city. The backyard was also a very nice spot to relax after a long day. We only cooked dinner in one night, but the kitchen (while small) had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind before booking is the configuration. The main level is one flight up from the street. The terrace (and penthouse) is 20+ steps up a spiral staircase from the main level and the backyard is roughly 15 steps down from the main level on the same staircase. It wasn't an issue for us, just something to keep in mind if you have anyone who has problems with steps. Roberto arranged transport to the airport for just 50 euro (his brother Fabrizio who was just as nice as Roberto). The apartment is just a 3-4 minute walk from the Metro and a 4-5 minute walk from a supermarket. The Coloseum is a nice 15 minute walk away. Vatican City, the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain are easily accessible from the Metro (Coloseum ia also if you don't want to walk). To get to Campo de' fiore, the Pantheon, etc, take the metro to the Barbieri stop and take the bus. If you have a Metro pass, the bus is included. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps will tell you which bus #'s you can take. We hadn't ridden a bus in over 20 years, but it's a good way to get around. Use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps to know where to get off as they don't announce bus stops. In sum, great host, great apartment and safe and convenient...
