Ari is a great host with a great apartment (I even asked her to consider to renting the place to me long term). My one complaint is that the apartment I was staying in had little to no WIFI signal - this impacted my ability to work from the space. Ari has two (2) flats inside the…

The soil was not clean, the tub neither. We stayed there 18 nights and no vacuum to clean, only a rubbish broom and balayette. The flat is on a very noisy street with an old tramway, stopping around midnigth and begeining again at 5. The equipement is very very minimal: only 2 bi…

Response from Ari:
As to the street: the apartment is located on a street with a Tram-line, witch does makes it a bit noisy, but in fact when the newly-installed windows are closed, the noise is kept to a bare minimum. myself & many other guests had countless nights of great sleep there, and so this is a matter of personal consideration and cannot be put against the apartment. As to claims of the equipement level: the amenities are reflecting exactly what is offered in the listing- a relativly simple apartment in terms of design & specs - but a very roomy one with 2 rooms and 57 square meters with an extremly cheap price of only 30€/night- undoubtly one of the fairest deals in Leipzig. As for the washing machine- it is not a part of the amenities in the apartment and i do not understand why there are claims over it. as to cleaning: simply not true! the apartment was handed over after being cleaned by a cleaner! simply not true, full stop. I don´t think i quite follow on "soil", bit the apartment is cleaned top to bottom. There is no table in the living room because it is not meant to be there, that is not a part of the room. Thanks for the advise on design though, i appreciate it. Any claims to equipment being minimal are inappropriate: the apartment is very well presente in the listing, it is the choice of the guests whethear to take it or not. Taking it - and then giving critik about its less-then-you-want-equimpent - doesn´t work. This is a cheap apartment. some of the factors who makes it cheap is the simple level of its equipments. As for the gas counter: from the very moment i was told there is a problem with the Therme i operated as fast as i could in order to solve the problem, together with th eHausverwaltung and the Heating-Firma, including being flexible with the guest´s own schedule, followed by a phone call where he authorised that everything is allright, being very friendly. describing me as being "receptive enough to send a professional to fix it" is unbelievable, especially after being so friendly during the stay, is just showing of lack of understanding on how things work in a building in Germany, which is fine. As to the curtain: the guest has informed me over the phone that the pole of the curtain-holder is out of place, but that it is re-mounted and holds for now & untill the rest of their stay- that is what i understood. After considering the disturbance that may be caused by the reparing while they are still inside, i have decided to wait untill they leave the apartment. Judging by this unexpected review, its it obvious that if i did repare the curtains while the guests stay, i would be complained for causing noise... so all i can say is: sorry. sometimes curtains fall. sometimes the letter of the apartment is trying to be considerate at YOU. What is the problem with my kitchen design?! my kitchen is very clear in the fotos in my listing, i resent any claims as to its design. As to your value feedback, again, and this is clear to everyone looking for a 2 room apartment of 57 square meters, located 20 minutes away from the Centre, i offer an extremly extremly fair price, Super-fair of 30€/night. In fact, i find this whole review to be offencive- i did and do the best i can to bring an affordable overnight experience, i am very sorry if things are not to the liking of the guset, but i cannot accept such accusations and i cannot, in fact, appologize for the city-life in Leipzig to be noisy from a Tram-line. Nevertheless i wish you as i did before all the best! (thank you for your honesty, even though not direct to me in real-time)
