The space
This exceptional apartment is located rue d'Enghien, on the 2ᵉ floor of a Haussmann building, without elevator. Designed and decorated by The Lander architects, every room in this unique property has been carefully decorated with elegance and refinement to create luxurious, comfortable spaces for an exceptional high-end stay for 6 people.

The apartment opens onto a beautiful viewing room. This space features a beautiful living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with contemporary curves and a connected TV. It also features a dining area, with a beautiful table ideal for four people.

The open kitchen is functional and fully equipped, made from noble materials, just like the rest of the apartment.
The modern decor and elegant furnishings reflect the charm of Paris.

Both bedrooms feature hotel-quality Queen-Size beds, connected TVs and plenty of storage space.
Each has an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, one of which is a double shower.

One of the toilets is separate, while the other is in one of the bathrooms.

From floor to ceiling, this apartment is decorated with quality, timeless materials, such as Versailles parquet flooring, marble, and the various moldings on the walls, typical of Haussmann apartments.

For maximum comfort, this apartment features hotel-quality bedding, sheets and towels, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and hospitality products.
