This light-filled, well-appointed duplex is the perfect home base for your trip to Sacramento. This newly built, quaint 1-bedroom retreat, on the 2nd floor, features all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. Enjoy the mini-split AC, the 50 inch tv, art by local artists, and sleep peacefully on the queen bed, with black-out curtains for privacy. From your deck view the shared landscaped yard below, or enjoy a meal on the patio . Free designated gated parking. Conveniently located!

Brand new, well appointed, petite (450 square feet), 1-bedroom upstairs unit, with new everything!
* 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, dresser, cube storage, and a good sized closet. Blackout curtains are on the windows.
* Living area features a couch with a chaise, a 50 inch Roku tv, and a desk. Near the kitchen area there is also a dining table.
*Stacked washer and dryer in the unit.
*Full kitchen with full-sized fridge, electric glass-top stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, and Keurig pod coffee maker, and starter supplies.
* Bathroom includes a tub, and some storage, with a starter kit of supplies.
*Small deck area at entrance
*Shared yard and patio
*Gated off-street designated parking.
*For security purposes there is a Ring camera installed outside.
* All utilities included.
*No smoking, and no pets allowed.

The duplex sits just behind the main home, which has two units occupied with long-term tenants, There are two buildings on the property, with a total of four units, and gated off-street parking. The shared spaces include the backyard and patio area, and the parking lot entered at the front of the property.

The parking lot is available for you to park 1 (one) vehicle in a designated spot. There will be a parking pass for you in the unit. The entire back yard, including the patio area, are spaces available to you, that are shared with other guests and tenants.
