Great location, comfortable and large unit and the host was very helpful. We had to deal with a arrival delay due to extreme weather and other water problems unrelated to our rental, and our host offered to accommodate a different date & extensions to help us out. While we ende…

My wifi is always on so I'm not sure what you mean by wifi expiring. Maybe you needed to refresh it. Sorry someone parked in your spot, that's difficult to control but there's so much parking across the street that it shouldn't be a problem. Like all hotels and bandb's and airbnb's people do charge more for NYE and Sugar Bowl and Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest etc. Supply and Demand. Thanks again for your stay!

This location is fabulous and the house is adorable and spacious. Communication was easy and Liz was flexible about letting us stash our bags at her place after we checked out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
