The space

The spacious two-storey layout offers room to move and play with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a selection of living areas to suit every mood and occasion.

The gourmet chef's kitchen features a waterfall-edge centre island, a long breakfast bar, a butler's pantry, and a suite of stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and family room, and opens to a covered alfresco area complete with a built-in outdoor BBQ, perfect for entertaining.
The ground floor also has one spacious bedroom with ensuite, along with a
powder room.

The upper level has the luxurious Master retreat with a walk-in robe, an ensuite, and a private deck where you can admire water views for morning coffee or sundowners.
Along with two additional spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. A Study/Office: ideal for remote work or quiet reading. A games room with ping pong table set up.

A gardener and pool keeper will be accessing the property every two weeks through the side gate.
