Welcome to your private, beautifully styled escape just minutes from Washington, DC. The Pink Place is a thoughtfully designed basement space that blends comfort, charm, and a signature soft-pink aesthetic perfect for a relaxing getaway, girls’ trip, or cozy staycation.
This spacious private suite features a comfortable full bed and additional sleeping space, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups.

The space
When you visit the Pink Place you will be greeted with a home that is full of beautiful touches. From the Pink front door to the green basement entrance, I take pride in providing a safe beautiful and relaxing place for my guests.

FOR YOUR COMFORT
There is a really cute overhead ceiling fan and an electric fireplace.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

The backyard pathway is brightly lit with motion detectors.
Interior is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest and a UV air cleaner installed to kill germs.
The plug ins are plant based, non toxic, and all bedding has been encased for protection against unwanted visitors.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
Equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
The all-in -one washer dryer combo is available for guest use by request.
