The house has been very beautifully restored with polished dark floors, silk curtains, chandeliers & antiques - step into a very amazing space, luxurious, majestic, feel so special - enjoy this one-off experience. Each bedroom has very comfortable beds, linen, heating, own TV, monogrammed dressing gowns.
There is a Guest Kitchen/Dining room downstairs with full facilities - coffee machine, tea making, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, sink, antique dining table & chairs. Upstairs has a tea station with coffee machine, kettle, bar fridge. Outside landscaping still being completed - there is off-street parking on site & public car park to east side of property & rear. Upstairs balcony is accessible with antique outdoor furniture & fantastic view across Geelong. If guests would like a basic breakfast i.e. toast & cereal, please indicate in booking email or ask Lynne upon arrival

All rooms have been individually keyed (snib lock on the inside) and a key provided to safely lock your room & belongings when heading out. 24/7 access. Bedroom 1 has it's own ensuite. There are three other bedrooms that are individually listed on Airbnb can/don't forget to book each of the other rooms if more than one is needed. Access to the large bathroom downstairs with large shower & freestanding bath (Italian stone)
If guests could please treat the home respectfully, as though it is there own & consideration for others staying as well. Smoking is permitted outside in the backyard. No pets.
