Fabulous ole-world feel yet beautifully fitted out and a feel of luxury. Lynne was a 10/10 host who has a really nice communication style, was welcoming and most friendly. We felt at home straight away. Had a fab night's sleep. Superb amenities. We will definitely return to Lynne's place when occasion arises. Thank you.

This place is beautiful, quirky and the balcony is the perfect place to sip a glass or two and watch the world go by. Lynne is an incredibly gracious host too which made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Lynne is a great communicator and when we contacted her at the last minute, nothing was too much trouble. Her beautiful home is in a great location close to the CBD, Waterfront and shopping strip of Pakington St. Highly recommended

Lynne was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. She provided us with a "cheat sheet" for places to go and eat. The little touches around the house were charming, especially the personalised welcome sign and notes! The room itself was absolutely beautiful, everything was immaculately clean. Highly recommended and we'all definitely be returning. P.S. Poppy the puppy was a little character!

I am 53 years of age, female, a self employed business owner of 12 years & worked in customer service over my career. I am very well presented & professional. Have purchased this historic 1890 property three & a half years ago and fully renovated it specifically for Air bnb and for people to come and enjoy. I am very friendly, warm, sincere and a great people person. I look forward to showcasing my property and the city of Geelong & the Bellarine Penisula & Surf Coast. I am a Geelong girl born & bred & very proud of my town. I treat people as I would like to be treated - in all I do. I am a good listener and love hearing people's life story.
