A brand new stone-built villa in the middle of a lush olive grove. Next to the pool, overlooking the sea and just 100 meters away from it. The space
Independent luxury villa with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen, lovely covered terrace with pool view and direct access to it on the same level. The villa is located on a lovely 3-acre estate and belongs to a complex of 3 residences at a distance from each other, with a distinct shared patio area for each and a different orientation for greater privacy. The 4*11 m pool can be used by the tenants of the 3 houses exclusively and there are sunbeds and umbrellas set up for them.
The residence is located in a unique serene location within walking distance of the beach bars Glarokavos and Elephant and next to the village of Pefkohori.
The master bedroom has a double bed 1.60 meters wide while the second room has a semi-double bed 1.40 meters wide. Also in the living room the sofa can function as a single bed.
