A short stroll to the pristine patrolled surf beach, cafe's, Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and the stunning Noosa National Park. This captivating and private double-story apartment offers the ultimate in coastal holiday hideaway with your own private rooftop sun terrace, and a shared pool to cool down by.

The space
Step inside this modern, open-plan, seamlessly designed double story apartment perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The secluded front deck with outdoor dining, opens up through bifold doors into an inviting living space with a dining table, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, with it's servery flowing into the tropical north-facing courtyard with a BBQ and a charming thatched Bali hut - perfect for al fresco dining or a quiet evening under the stars.

Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms await, including a loft style master bedroom with its own private balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or sunset views. The second bedroom offers a double and a single bed. The upper level also features a modern bathroom and stairs leading up to a private rooftop sun deck, offering panoramic views with ocean glimpses and cool sea breezes.

Additional features include a powder room, separate laundry, and an office nook – perfect for remote work.

Residents of 'Yarraga' enjoy access to a beautiful shared pool within the complex, providing a refreshing retreat on warm days.

A travel cot is available for your use, please bring a cot sheet.
Beach towels and a Cool Cabana beach tent and is also provided for your convenience.

A two-minute stroll down the street to enjoy the Sunshine village eateries, the Sunshine Beach surf club, and the patrolled beach. Head north to explore the Noosa National Park and Alexandria Bay, with scenic coastal walks leading all the way to Hastings Street, Noosa.

The entire double story apartment is yours to enjoy, including the rooftop terrace with Ocean glimpses and private tropical gardens. The pool is shared.
