My girlfriend and I are relocating to the Finger Lakes and had the pleasure of staying with Pat on a recent home finding expedition. She is an incredibly gracious hostess with a beautiful home in a great location. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. Pat provided a variety of snacks, drinks, breakfast items and welcomed the use of her kitchen to prepare a few meals. Pat is well-connected in the local community and was kind enough to provide us with a wealth of information that really helped our adventure. Thank you Pat!

A friend and I were in town for races at Watkins Glen and our stay was great!  Pat treated us like the house was ours. She stayed on the other side of her magnificent old home.  Wow, this place is a charmer and really tastefully decorated.  Even my friend who's a hard core motorhead said "Pat has an eye."  The house is rock solid and quiet...they don't build 'em like this anymore.  Pat left us breakfast treats, fruit, and the kitchen was always open to get coffee, tea, or to heat up food.  I highly recommend.  Thanks again Pat!

This is a great location, secluded and private but also a very quick drive to Watkins Glen. Beautiful historic pet friendly house, large bedrooms, and plenty of space to spend time with family and friends. Pat is the nicest and most accommodating hostess! An added bonus is all the extra snacks and advice she provides! I highly recommend this house. Thanks Pat!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay - The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and conveniently located but what made the stay and why I love abnb, was the warmth, thoughtfulness and generosity that came directly from having a great host. Pat went out of her way to provide local food, munchies and beverages. She offered tips for a great stay and made sure we were comfortable and well prepared for our adventures. We are so thankful we found her special home and are hoping to stay with her every time we come to the area.

We stayed at this house with another couple. Our bedrooms were huge, lovely, and the beds were fantastic. Pat shared eggs, cheese, and anything else we wanted, and provided a kitchen for cooking. She is a warm and hospitable hostess, and we enjoyed our stay with her.

The Greek Revival House is absolutely incredible! Pat was a wonderful and gracious host, and made sure that we felt comfortable whether while at the house or out and about in the beautiful countryside. We felt like we were visiting an old friend. Here attention to detail, her welcoming manner, And her awesome historic home will make us return next year! Thanks Pat!
