Great for a holiday, romantic getaway or business. It has an expansive view of Lyttelton from the deck and the spa pool, perfect for relaxing in the evening as it catches the afternoon sun. It is the bottom floor of a 3 story house, fully self contained with external access and locked off from the rest of the house, with private/exclusive use of the deck and spa pool in front. All linen, towels, soap&shampoo, complimentary food and bottle of champagne included. Includes Smart TV with Netflix.

The space
One bedroom with a super king or two singles, and a lounge with a kitchen, dining table, lounge suite, smart tv (netflix) and double bed. Heat pump in the lounge and large column heater in the bedroom keeps the place cosy during winter. Exclusive use of the deck with the spa pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table and tranquil water garden, great for socialising or relaxing in the evening. Also includes complementary bottle of Champagne, fruit, OJ, crumpets (in the fridge), tea&coffee, milk, soap, shampoo, all linen (inc. towels).
