Welcome to our cozy two-room apartment, perfect for families. You access the apartment via a flight of stairs that leads to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. The entrance opens to the kitchen/living room, where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed. A curtain separates another room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment also features a bright and spacious double bedroom.

The apartment boasts an outdoor space covered with a veranda at the entrance and another equipped and very private area at the back, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place.

The apartment is located within a residence with a beautiful seasonal pool open from June 10 to September 25 (from 08:30 to 21:00, with nightly cleaning).
We are in Nisporto, just 300 meters from the sea, on the coast of Rio Elba. The beach, a mix of sand and small pebbles, offers crystal-clear water rich in fish, perfect for canoeing or snorkeling. The beachfront restaurant is very renowned for its cuisine, and the area is equipped with bars, a minimarket just 150 meters away with ready-made dishes, sunbed rental, and a diving center with small boats available.
The apartment is within a residence with a swimming pool. We are in Nisporto, 300 meters from the sea, on the side of Rio Elba. It is a mixed beach of sand and small pebbles, with crystal-clear water rich in fish, ideal for canoe excursions or snorkeling. The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility, immersed in nature, in the wild heart of the island. The beautiful nearby coves, including Zupignano and Secche, as well as the unspoiled beaches of Capo Poro, are worth a boat trip. The beach is equipped with bars and restaurants, and the restaurant located on the beach is very renowned for its cuisine. There is also a mini-market with ready-made dishes for quick lunches, sunbed rental, and a diving center with small boats available.

We offer our guests discounted rates for the ferry, issuing tickets ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges between 20% and 30%, or we send a link with a discount code included where it is possible to issue the ticket independently, even for Low-Cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00. For check-in after 20:00, a supplement of €50. 00 is required.
Pets allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro.
Mandatory security deposit: €150. 00, refunded at the end of the stay after checking the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
