This amazing house is placed in Antequera, the geographical center of Andalucía, so is perfect to take day trips driving a maximun of 1h 30min on great roads to any of the main magnificent towns in the region, Malaga (60 km), Córdoba (110km), Granada (100km), Ronda (90km) and Sevilla (150 km), and come home to a beautiful design home with great views, decorated and equipped with luxury amenities. 4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 two with nice big single beds each that share another bathroom. There is another bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom in the ground floor, but this bedroom is only lend on specific request as it is the owners private bedroom), 3 bathrooms, two living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, porch, pool, nice garden, orchard and barbecue. A paradise of comfort, peace and beauty surrounded by culture and nature.

It is also 5 minutes drive from the ancient town of Antequera, 10 minutes to the natural park of “El Torcal” and very close to other prominent natural parks.

The owner stays in the house in an independent area, giving the guests maximum privacy, and taking care of the gardens and swiming pool. This house is not the most suitable for young children, due to the stairs and the swiming pool.
