The space
We have 6 studios, single-space type for up to two people.

All studios are the same, they have a queen size bed with cotton sheets, soft pillows and a blanket, a large closet, small dining table, electric grill, refrigerator, smart TV and full bathroom.

With luxury finishes in a completely new building.

Guest access
You can use the terrace, which is on the top floor. Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view and breeze or sunbathe on our lounge chairs.

We have a parking space facing Avenida 35 Norte. This space is not closed, but it is covered. It is important to emphasize that it is shared with the six apartments and cannot be reserved. If it's occupied, we can't interrupt the guest to move their vehicle.

THE PARKING SPACE IS A GARAGE FOR SEDAN AND HATCHBACK OR SUV CARS, NOT PICKUP TRUCKS OR LARGE TRUCKS. THE PARKING SPACE IS SHARED WITH THE OTHER 5 STUDIOS IN THE BUILDING. IT CANNOT BE BOOKED AND IF IT IS OCCUPIED WE CANNOT ASK THE GUEST TO MOVE IT.
