Enjoy this entire waterfront guest suite with gorgeous exposed beams and a sunny boho vibe. Wake up with coffee by the river watching the boats head out for the day. Just a short walk into downtown Westerly, RI for restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment.

Centrally located just 9 miles from downtown Mystic, 6 miles from the Westerly beaches and 6 miles from the historic Stonington Borough.

Owner, family and friendly dog live on site.

The space
Private guest suite perfect for two people looking for a getaway with more flexibility and space than a hotel room.

Bedroom features a queen size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. SureGuard mattress and pillow protectors as well as a duvet comforter cover to ensure you sleep well knowing that everything is clean. Bedroom closet includes hangers and a dresser to organize your belongings. Blackout curtains and a white noise machine are provided to help you get some quality sleep. Quick dry beach towels are located on the bedroom shelf.

Bathroom features a shower as well as a tub. Plenty of toilet paper is provided. Hair dryer provided.

Small but fully equipped kitchen. Electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator and freezer. Enough coffee and tea provided to at least get you through the first morning of your stay.

Open living and dining room area. Relax on the clean and comfortable washable couch from Inside Weather. Smart TV so you can log on to your favorite apps and not miss any of your shows. Reliable wifi and good coverage from AT&T and Verizon in the area. Books, magazines, puzzles and playing cards provided.

Outdoor lounge area is riverside across the street from the guest suite. Two comfy Adirondack chairs perfect for lounging by the water. There is no access to the river from this point. The riverbank is steep and there are no stairs. Swimming in the Pawcatuck river is not advised.

Keyless entry with simple to use door keypad.

Parking for up to two cars on site. Driveway is shared with the main house. AirBNB parking area is along side the guest suite and marked with signs. See the guidebook for further clarification. No street parking.

Please note that AirBNB guests have no access to the fenced area of the back yard. That area is the private property of the main house.

Owner and family live on site. While the guest suite is private and has a separate entrance from the main house it does have one shared wall in the living room. Night time quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are respected but some noise is to be expected during the day. A white noise machine has been provided in the living room as well as the bedroom. Please note that the Amtrak train runs behind the house several times per day and evening but not throughout the night.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guest suite.

There is no access to the fenced area of the back yard. The glass doors in the living room and bedroom are for emergency exit only as these doors lead to the fenced area of the back yard. Please leave these doors closed and locked for safety and privacy.

Guests have access to the riverside Adirondack chairs. There is no river access from this property.
