This standalone new (218m2) two floor Villa with new swimming pool (7m / 3,5m) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, huge garden. Located (2km) from the center of Montescudaio city with magnificent views. The Villa is comfortably furnished.

Situated on the  middle of the hills  with amazing view . Exact 9 km from the sea . The house was conceptualized with a traditional materials  concept, stone , wood , ceramics-exploring the interaction between contemporary art and nature .The size of villa is a contemporary interpretation of rural Tuscan farmhouse, and gives the utmost attention to energy savings and the architectural features that are produced between internal and external environments.

Kitchen with dining room (well-equipped kitchen with dining area ), and
a incorporated middle hall is ideal for entertaining in during long summer evenings. Living room with lounge siesta sofa/ bed (140cm/200) and fireplace. Wide open doors to the huge garden and terrace .WALK in to the garden where you can find lavender and rosemary, our generous fig tree, and private  swimming pool ( with sun beds ).There is also a big stone terrace with big table , and 8 garden chairs.

First floor floor : master bedroom  ( super king size bed ) with ensuite bathroom ( beautifully appointed bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and sink).There are two more bedrooms ,second with two single beds , third bedroom with queen size bed. Extra family bathroom on the site (beautifully appointed bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and sink).
The house has underfloor heating, wireless internet.
