A two bedroom private flat with games room including pool table, dart board, table tennis and table football. Outside dinning and bbq. 15 minute walk to the city centre and located next to 100 acres of meadow with walks next to the river Lugg. Use of our large garden with play fort and sandpit. Lots of parking and walkable into the city centre. To sleep six there is a sofa bed in the games room. This is not very private so please consider or ask more questions before booking for six people.

The space
Two good bedrooms, modest shower room and small kitchen. It has hob and cooker but no dishwasher. Good for basic and small meals but not ideal for large catering.

Our house is adjacent. We try to be away for bookings, but at some point, we will be at home. It's also possible that we are there, so if this is a concern, please check with us before booking.
