Family beach house. Located close to Blue Bay Beach in Halls Head, pristine beaches offering breathtaking coastal walks and dining at the ever-popular TODs cafe. Comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests. This home offers all mod cons, fantastic outdoor entertaining area and contemporary chefs style kitchen for effortless entertaining, year-round. Perfect for families and couples alike, the location, styling and amenities will ensure a fabulous coastal stay in this sought after location.

The space
Three full bedrooms and an activity room / additional bedroom offers sleeping for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a large and well designed en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two further queen bedrooms and an activity room with a single bed available. The 8th guest is offered a foldaway bed, please be aware that this is more suited to a child and can be moved around the property to a room that suits the guest. There is a further separate guest toilet and a full size family bathroom with shower and bath.

Please ensure you are aware of this when you book. Driveway and verge parking available. Garage is for the owners use. The family bathroom offers a bath and shower with separate toilet. The comfortable lounge / dining / kitchen area is perfect for socialising, dining, cooking and watching tv. The laundry is available for guest along with outdoor washing line. External garden space for dining, plumbed gas BBQ and access to water toys for use at the nearby beaches.

There is a bedding pack available and this can be set up in any room of your choice. Ideal for children sharing a bedroom with parents or a teen sharing another space in the house.
