The Lodge

Snow Fall Lodge is your dream place to stay at Falls Creek. You will be happy to come back here after a day on the mountain - it is such a special space with incredible, panoramic views - a place where you can truly breathe out and relax.

Ski in Ski out - leaving from the front door ski to the Falls Express Chairlift, the Gully Chair or the International Poma and ski home to the backdoor via Ory’s trail.

4 Bedrooms each with it's own bathroom gives a fabulous level of comfort for everyone. You can choose to have the beds as Kings or King singles - Total flexibility to suite your group The downstairs TV room also has a double sofa bed. Plenty of room for a couple of families or a large group of friends.

If you don't feel like heading out to one of the many wonderful restaurants we have a beautiful kitchen that is well equipped for cooking for family and friends.

The living area offers high raked ceilings and large windows that flood the living areas with light- giving you the feeling of space and connection to the mountains that are just outside. The lounge also has a gas fire - who wants to be at the snow without one!

On the living room level there is a private balcony with bush views that holds a hot tub spa - just what you need after the end of a fantastic day on the slopes - or fishing, or mountain biking - whatever activity that you come to Falls Creek for! The inside spa bath has it's own separate bathroom.

There is an excellent laundry at Snowfall with a drying room and wonderful heating throughout.

Midweek minimum stay is 3 nights - during the Green Season there is a base price and then a price per person - to make it possible for smaller groups to stay :)

Access to the house is by code - so no need to worry about keys - you have the entire space to yourself.

Other things to note
To travel in the Alpine areas in Victoria during the ski season you are required to carry chains - these can be hired locally at Mount Beauty for example

you must pay for parking at Falls Creek during the season - it is best to book this online as it is cheaper. At other times you may park right up next to the house - there is still your National Park fee.

Falls Creek is a ski in ski out resort and is closed to cars - you will need to park your car at the bottom and get the over snow transport up. there will be people to assist you to do this. they will meet your car and direct you. First you unload your gear onto trolleys - make sure it is all in bags and not loose - it will be travelling on the luggage racks outside so be prepared that it may be snowed on.

then you wait for the staff and they will follow you down to the carpark show you where to park and give you a lift back to the over snow transport area.

you can either prebook your ticket or you may purchase one on the spot. the transport will take you and your luggage to Snowfall (known as Crowsnest 1 to the locals!!! - please use this name when booking).

then head up to the house and use the code provided

I fell in love with Falls Creek - such a beautiful village - such delightful views when skiing - I really loved the ski in ski out village so magical to walk around. The range of ski slopes is just perfect for me with more challenging slopes for the rest of the family to enjoy. Snow Fall Lodge is a heavenly place to stay - just gorgeous with breathtaking views. Enjoy staying here with your family
