5 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms & separate staff quarters if needed. Staff included in rental is on site 8AM-4PM daily.
Sleeping quarters are separated from common areas by a beautifully landscaped courtyard in side the villa.

This villa is located inside the Casa De Campo Resort. Guests will have full access to the resort amenities, golfing, equestrian, beaches, spas etc.
IMPORTANT: ALL guests must provide passports of ALL guests in advance of arrival to register with the owners club and to gain access into the Casa De Campo resort. Access through guarded resort gate will not be given if this is not completed at least 24 hours in advance. Resort reserves the right to deny guest access per resort guidelines.
Please note that a daily registration fee of $25 / day per adult and $12 / day per child will be due to the resort upon check-in and is NOT included in the nightly rate. Credit cards are accepted.
**CLEANING & COOK SERVICE INCLUDED IN ADVERTISED PRICING DURING YOUR STAY**
Villa Concierge can assist in hiring Private Chef, Golf Cart Rental, Restaurant Reservations & More.
● One Cleaning Rep will be at the property from 9AM to 4 PM.
● One Cook will be at the property from 9AM to 4PM.
-The Cook can prepare breakfast & lunch, but you are responsible for purchasing the food supplies at the local supermarket.
● Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery available with 10% surcharge for delivery and set up.
● Staff can take a taxi to grocer to gather more groceries at guest expense.
● All stays with 10 or more guests will require an additional housekeeper at $100 per day.
● Suggested Tip $20 - $30 per staff member per day.
● Concierge Services available for restaurant, activity and special services.
**NOTE: If you want to get a Professional Chef and/or Golf Cart during your stay, there will be an extra cost.
Other things to note
**Must be 25 years or older to book this property. Must submit a copy of your passport & government ID.**
**NOISE & NEIGHBORHOOD**
● Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, however controlled noise is allowed between 8 AM to 10 PM.
● Guests must notify the host/villa manager of any disputes and/or from neighbors immediately.
● Guests are allowed to host a maximum of 4 additional guests in addition to registered guests during their stay.
● Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of guests allowed is not exceeded.
● Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay, and for any inconvenienced caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
● Guests and their visitors refrain from behaving in a manner that is disrespectful to residents of the area, and should minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.
**USE OF THE PROPERTY**
● The holding of meetings and/or parties that exceed the maximum number of guests and guests is not permitted.
● Holding meetings that meet the established number of guests and guests must take into account the rules already expressed regarding noise, neighborhood, and visits.
● Guests and visitors must follow the regulations and requirements that affect parking and be considerate of neighbors by keeping their vehicles in the private area designated for this.
**JACUZZI/POOL**
● The pool/jacuzzi is allowed between 8AM to 12AM.
● For safety reasons, glass objects are not allowed near the pool.
● Guests must supervise any infant or child when they are in the jacuzzi/pool area.
● There is a bathroom designated for the pool area, use of the internal facilities while wet is not permitted.
**TOBACCO**
● Smoking any type of tobacco, cigarette or hookah is not permitted in any area of the property.
● The use of electronic cigarettes (vapes) is allowed in open area.
**ANIMALS/PETS**
● Pets of any species or size are not allowed to enter the property.
**ACCESSIBILITY**
● Guests and visitors will have access to common areas, rooms, terrace, patio and parking. The service area is for the exclusive use of the house staff, so once they leave the property this area is closed.
**STAFF**
● Guests will be assisted by the following staff (1 Villa Manager, 1 Housekeeper, 1 Cook, 1 Gardener and 1 Pool attendant) from 8 AM to 4 PM.
● After 4 PM, all the aforementioned personnel leave and the Villa Manager will be available for any eventuality or emergency that may arise.
● In the event that the guest needs assistance from a member of the staff after 4 PM, they must request prior notice to the host/villa manager and assume the cost of overtime of $10 per hour and the cost $25 taxi.
**GOLF CARTS**
●If you have rented a golf cart, it becomes your full responsibility as a guest.
● Villa staff are not allowed to use the carts for errands such as grocery shopping, picking up packages, searching for, or transporting guests off the property.
● The key to the cart will only be delivered to the house staff once the stay is over; otherwise, it must always remain in the guest’s possession.
**DAMAGES & LOSSES**
To avoid damage and loss, the following recommendations are shared:
● It is not permitted to move furniture from one room to another without prior consent from the host/villa manager.
● Towels arranged in the bathroom cannot leave the property (to, for example, go to the beach).
● Guests will not be allowed into the property if guests are not present.
● Any damage and defects must be communicated as soon as possible to the host/villa manager, since it must be evaluated and budgeted to be reduced from the guarantee deposit or, in its absence, it will be invoiced as appropriate.
**ADDITIONAL GUEST SERVICES AND FEES**
● All stays with 10 or more guests will require an additional housekeeper at $100 per day.
● Suggested Tip: $20 - $30 per staff member per day.
● Pre-arrival grocery shopping can be arranged. The cost for this service is a 10% service fee.
