Hi, I'm Tony. A bit about me; I'm a dinky di Strayan (ie. Australian) born here in Melbourne who's oriental and exotic on the outside but true blue on the inside. Struthe! My background is half Vietnamese, one quarter Chinese and one quarter undeniably charming. :) I come from a family of 4, with two older sisters (12 years & 11 years older than me) & one older brother (9 years older than me). They were all born in Vietnam and after Mum and Dad brought the family in '83, I was born 9 months later give or take a few days. Yep.... definitely accidental baby. Spending the majority of my earlier years in Richmond (almost 2 decades to be exact), I have many fond memories growing up. The most memorable was the time I called my sister on her bluff that she wouldn't dare put me in the rubbish bin. Then when I realised that it wasn't a bluff, there wasn't much else I could do (while being helpless in a bin) but cry. My life motto is "Do such a great job that people can't stop talking about you!" As a host, I love to always go above and beyond in ensuring that a guests' stay are full of ease, comfort, clarity and memorable. This is my full time job - everything I do always revolves around guest satisfaction. Whatever they need, whenever they need it, I love to exceed expectations on how accommodating I am, and especially when I am making guests feel like locals. Interactions are as much or as little as required. The buck stops with me; if I don't know the answer, I will find an answer and get back to you. Quickly. Incredibly quick response time to all inquiries and reservation requests. More than likely, I will be delivering you the key in person, and walk you through the property to not only show you around but also to answer any questions you may have. Whenever someone sends me an enquiry I always remind myself that I am in the hospitality industry; it's so easy to forget that and just run Airbnb like a business. I never forget that each Guest, is a person, with their own story, who is spending their hard-earned money, to stay at my Airbnb Listing, and that they chose me as their host, for a reason. Choose me as your Airbnb host, and I can promise you that I'll do my darnedest to better any “satisfactory” experience by spiking it with unique, memorable moments for an unmatched experience. I do need to warn you though that it always catches guests by surprise, my willingness to accommodate the guest. Safe travels, Tony Diep
