We welcome one (1) dog under 14 pounds to stay with you during your visit. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following pet guidelines:

Pet Fee: A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per visit or $50 per week for longer stays.
Kenneling Requirement: If you leave the dog home alone, it must be kenneled for its safety and to prevent any damage. A kennel is provided for your convenience.

Waste Disposal: Please pick up all pet waste immediately and dispose of it properly.

Cleaning & Inspection: Our cleaning team will inspect the home using a black light to check for any unnoticed accidents or damage.
Behavior & Additional Fees:
Noise & Disturbance: Ensure your pet does not disturb neighbors with excessive barking. Repeated noise complaints may result in additional fees or early termination of your stay.
Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. If pet hair, stains, or damage is found on these items, additional cleaning fees will apply.
Additional Fees & Consequences: Any excessive cleaning or damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or penalties. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pet-friendly space for all guests.
