This home is ideally situated close to all amenities Mildura has to offer, ideal for the solo Travellers, travelling couples, families or work trips.

This property may not look like a lot from the front, but from the moment you open the front door you will instantly be delighted. It provides a homely cottage feel whilst being updated with modern touches.

Kick back with the family on the comfortable spacious lounge whilst watching the smart TV.

Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking plus a separate dining area available.

There is also a separate back lounge area with another TV available for Convenience.

Retire to the comfortable bedrooms that offer:

1 x queen bed - ceiling fan, wardrobe
1 x queen bed - wardrobe
1 x double bed - wardrobe

There is also a fold out sofa bed available for a 7th or 8th guest if required.

There are two split systems to provide heating and cooling plus ceiling fans to bedrooms and throughout.

Outside Is a semi enclosed patio area to kick back and enjoy the birds signing whilst having a cup of tea or enjoying a wine, when using the outside BBQ to cook on the summer evenings.

Please be aware that the property is situated close to a busy roundabout, especially during peak hours from 8-9am and 4-6pm, when traffic congestion can build up in front of the property. We recommend planning your travel accordingly during these times to avoid delays.

We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome your furry companions. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any pets accompanying your stay. Please note that pets must be house trained and are not permitted on furniture. Our accommodation is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between stays to ensure maximum hygiene.
Please note some small holes to the fence smaller dogs maybe able to escape.

We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit.
