Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 200 m, 6 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Villars sur Ollon" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 750 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 900 m, children's ski school 1.7 km, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 1.1 km.
