POSITION POSITION POSITION+: The house is 5 mins ride from the Narooma MTB trails, 5 mins walk to town/shops/cafes/fish n chop shop, 5 mins walk to the stunning Dalmeny Point beach, 5 mins walk to the gorgeous Mamaga Lake, 10 mins drive to the (Seaside/Clifftop) Narooma Golf club (one of the most scenic & most beautiful golf courses in Australia), 5 mins drive to the Narooma MTB Park trailhead, 40 mins drive to the Mogo MTB trails, home of the world famous SEA OTTER MTB Festival (and its only 10 mins walk to Club Dalmeny/Big Niles Brewing - you ride right past both on the way home from the trails, try NOT stopping for a cold, high quality, beer after a long day in the saddle!).

LOCK UP GARAGE: Safe storage of your precious bikes and beach toys (Grill style security bars have been attached to each floor level window including the garage windows)

MTB WORKSHOP: The garage has been turned into a Mountain Biker’s workshop complete with a bike stand, work bench, charging stations for Ebikes and a standing (floor pump) Bike pump for quick/easy tyre inflations

DEDICATED BIKE WASHING AREA: Complete with bike rack that can fit up to 6 bikes, a pistol grip hose, a bucket and cleaning utensils/liquid soap

AMBIENCE: the house has a massive back deck overlooking stunning native forest/bushland

SPACE: the house has a HUGE backyard (we are on a 1/4 acre block) for kids to run wild in!

MTBers DREAM: Our house is 5 mins ride to to the new Derby ie Narooma MTB Park and is the perfect base from which to explore the nearby/new Mogo trails (40 mins drive) & Eden trails (90 mins drive)

FIREPLACE: Sit around the rustic backyard fire pit and enjoy a quiet post ride/surf bevvy with friends whilst being serenaded by the crackle of the camp fire (no doubt the tales of the days adventures will grow taller as the evening progresses!);

LINEN IS PROVIDED: Including bed sheets and bath towels

HOME OFFICE FRIENDLY: Two of the 3 bedrooms have a work desk and there's a massive meal table (where I usually set up office when I stay there!) all with access to UNLIMITED Wifi Internet

FISHING FRIENDLY: The Dalmeny/Narooma coast boats some of the best game fishing grounds in Australia and there are 2 boat ramps nearby you can launch from (and a huge driveway to park your car AND boat in!)

The house is comfy, stylish and practical:

• Brand new beds in second and 3rd bedroom (The beds in the 3rd room can be set up as 2 singles or as a double bed or as one stacked single bed ie with 2 mattresses, whatever you prefer)

• Fans and heaters in all rooms

It can sleep up to 8 people including
• A queen sized bed in the master bedroom
• A queen sized bed in the downstairs bedroom

NOTE: The house is divided into two sections ie upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen plus a HUGE back deck ie at the rear of the house. The downstairs area contains a garage plus a huge third bedroom that has its own bathroom and toilet (we're guessing this was once a granny flat). THERE IS NO INTERNAL STAIRCASE. To access the downstairs bedroom you need to walk down the stairs that lead off the back deck, and walk under that deck to get to the door of the garage and the 3rd bedroom.

GUEST ACCESS
Easy access via Key Lockbox (the code will be provided 24 hours in advance of your arrival.

You'll have access to the whole house & massive backyard with an open firepit (PERFECT for travelling MTB groups)

The downstairs room/bathroom was a granny flat and has its own/separate entrance.

(And if you're bothered by the cold in the winter you'll be pleased to know that we have multiple - wall mounted - oil heaters in the living area and blower style heaters in each of the rooms)

Other things to note:
If unwashed dishes are left behind or if the dishwasher is not unpacked an additional cleaning fee of $40 will apply

In terms of what to expect bear in mind (although the house was recently renovated) it’s an old house (built in the 60s/70s) and isn't going to be as flash as (or super clean like) a modern brand new seven star Hotel Unit...and we've priced it accordingly. (We are consistently the cheapest three bedroom house on Air BnB in the Dalmeny/Narooma area).

What (most) guests love about this homely house (check the reviews) is the close proximity to the beach and the Mountain Bike Trails and the laid back holiday vibes that overwhelm you as you sit on the back deck and take in the tranquility of the forest at the rear of the property (as you watch our local wallaby family feasting on the back yard lawn)!

We love staying there (its our 2nd home!) and hope you do too!!

Hi I'm Pat we bought this unit with the plan of splitting our time between our Maleny home & the beach. Sadly our sons epilepsy has worsened leaving us little chance to escape. Hence we decided to offer our Unit on AirBnB hoping we might be able to stay the odd night. So just sit, soak up the views & RELAX! Some say the views from the rooftop are the best of any unit on the East coast of Australia! Our aim is 2 give every guest a 5 star holiday!
