Exclusive waterfront living in this stunning, east facing canal home.

Sleeping up to 10 adults + 4 children, offering expansive canal views from the living-dining and chef style kitchen.

A 9M private boat jetty is available and an additional floating dock suitable for a 16ft boat.

Undercover BBQ and alfresco dining, Pizza oven, ducted reverse cycle air, theatre room, electric fireplace, kayaks, SUPS and smart TV's make this home a welcome retreat, year round.

The space
The property offers 3 generous sized bedrooms, the large theatre room has also been furnished with 8 bunk beds, essentially offering a fourth bedroom with large smart TV and children's rumpus room furniture.

The en-suite master bedroom offers a shower, double vanity and private toilet. His and hers walk in wardrobes offer plenty of space and convenient storage for clothing and luggage.

The master also offers direct access to the alfresco area, perfect for early morning coffee or a lazy brunch.

The two additional bedrooms are separated by a generously sized full family bathroom with shower, bath and vanity. They are situated on the opposite side of the home.

There is a separate guest toilet available.

All bedrooms benefit from elegant plantation shutters, emulating the home's elegant, coastal feel.

The open plan chef's style kitchen is situated conveniently overlooking the canal view, and leading naturally into the large living-dining rooms, making this the perfect space for entertaining while you cook. Stone tops and Miele appliances as standard. Nespresso coffee machine with standard pods is available, as well as a coffee plunger.

Full laundry room available with washer, dryer and sink.

The exterior terraced space offers an undercover alfresco area with BBQ and comfortable seating. There is also a bar table and chairs in the open for those clear days and nights.

The lower terrace offers a full-size pizza oven, and access to the boat jetty and floating dock. Ideal for private boat mooring and access to the water for swimming, kayaking and supping.

The local dolphins are regular visitors!

While we appreciate all booking enquiries, please note that we generally do not accept late-night bookings unless the guest has at least three prior, good-standing reviews—and even then, only in certain circumstances.

Please note that while we want you to enjoy the space, canal living is not conducive to parties due to the close proximity to neighbours.

No large events, parties or school leaver groups permitted.

All group gatherings to be approved prior to booking. All guests to be names on group bookings and we do not accept any group bookings for guests under 25.

Council noise abatement policies must be observed, failing to do so may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement.

Children and pets are to be supervised at ALL times due to the access to the water. Booking this property is an acknowledgement of this risk to children. The owner and management company accept no liability.

The jetties, water toys and private boats are used exclusively at your own risk.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, please contact us prior to booking. A pet fee applies and strict policies are in place to ensure your pet is safe and the property is protected from damage. Owners are liable for all/any damage.

**Please note - during peak season, $100 additional cleaning and linen charge applies to groups larger than 4 due to back to back bookings and increased number of cleaners required to maintain linen and cleaning at the property. Bookings between 01 Dec and 31 January applies to this booking condition.
