The space
Large 4-room apartment completely renovated in Golfe Juan! Nestled in the heart of the lively neighborhood, just steps from the Mediterranean Sea and all amenities, this spacious space offers an ideal setting for a successful stay. The space
Bright, modern and very well equipped, the apartment has an area of 75 m2 for a maximum of 8 people.
You will be located in the small village of Golfe Juan, a few minutes from Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins. Most of the rooms in the apartment, including the living room, are south facing and therefore often sunny.
To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, the following amenities will be at your disposal:
• Living room: dining table, flat screen TV with DVD/blue ray player.
• Kitchen open to the living room: fridge, freezer, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, cooking utensils.
• 1st bedroom: queen size bed, table and chairs, flat screen TV. This room has direct access to the balcony.
• 2nd bedroom: double bed, flat screen TV.
• 3rd bedroom: two single beds, flat screen TV.
• Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink.
• Separate additional toilet.
Outdoor:
• Sunny balcony: table and chairs, perfect for an aperitif.
The pluses: all televisions are connected to the internet, which allows access to Netflix, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioning (living room and in 2 bedrooms, which have NANOE-G technology that deactivates viruses, bacteria and molds in the air and inside the air conditioners themselves.) ironing set, washing machine and dryer, books.
Included: Wifi, hotel-quality linens and towels, vanity kits.
Parking space possible however, please note that access is very complicated, van type vehicle, big sedan will not pass. Only small models can possibly enter with difficult maneuvering. (Fiat 500, Twingo, Polo, etc...)
