The Apartment is situated inside the 1920s built Old Butter Factory. The building has a rich history in the dairy industry. The apartment has an industrial/modern flare.

The apartment is Studio Style with open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge & Main Room with secluded Loft.
Main Room consists of 1 King Bed & 1 Queen Size Sofa Bed (available at an extra cost)
Loft Room consists of 1 Double Bed.

The apartment is Situated at the back of the Old Butter Factory Cafe with seperate entrance & courtyard.

The space
Large studio style apartment.

Main King Size bedroom is on the main floor with lounge room & Full Kitchen. Lounge can also be optioned to be turned into a Queen Size Bed (at extra cost)
Travel Cot is also available at an extra cost.

Seperate Loft Room with a Double Bed, slightly secluded but not completely private from other rooms.

All open plan living apart from the bathroom.

Kitchen contains fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, full oven, microwave, stove top.

Cafe operating 7 days a week from 8am.

& a short 10 minute walk into town on a newly paved footpath.
