The property itself has three sizeable bedrooms and a full bath. All the bedrooms come with freshly made beds, clean towels and bathroom essentials.
The master bedroom has a King and the other 2 rooms have a Queen.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Access the property through the front door via keyless entry. Once checked in, guests can use the back entrance/exit through the back yard gate. Please ensure gate is closed at all times.
Free parking is available on the right side of the house. 2+ vehicle spots are reserved for this property. Please speak to the host if guests will bring more than 2 cars.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside and at a minimum of 10 feet away from the house. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for any in-room smoke damages.
Stays longer than 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
