Here you can be completely yourself and just enjoy the Norrland nature. Enjoy a cup of coffee and look out over the lake, take a walk in the woods or just relax in silence

The space
The house is under renovation and right now the lower floor is ready for you to stay in

Here you will find a small bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with two sofa beds of 90 cm each and a spacious kitchen for 6 people with all the amenities.

The newly-renovated bathroom has a shower cabin and underfloor heating, and there is also a washing machine to use for longer stays

In the guest house there is a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed.

Outside there is a new terrace with room for 6 people, a barbecue and fantastic views of the lake. In the garden, there are kubb games, a trampoline, badminton and a magical barbecue area down by the lake for warm evenings in front of the fire.

Guest access
The entire ground floor of the house can be used, but the upper floor is currently closed as it is under renovation.

In summer, there is also a guest house with 2 beds

The cottage is located about 30 minutes outside Sollefteå and just over 1 hour north of Sundsvall.

Here it is quiet, a lot of nature and few neighbors making it really feel like 'in the middle of nowhere'
