Located in Perth's premier oceanside suburb and with wonderful 180 degree ocean views and the beach across the road. This is a well equipped, well appointed, self catering, spacious holiday apartment in a recently refurbished building.

Fully self contained apartment, this is as close to the beach as you can get - about 50metres!

The building has a garden area which is accessible to all residents.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the second floor at the front of the building. There is no lift so guests do need to be fit enough to manage the stairs.
We provide guests with a few basic bathroom consumables to start off, and once these are finished guests will need to replenish supplies for their own needs.
We encourage guests to leave surplus non-perishables in the pantry for others to share and there is usually quite a supply of basic cooking consumables ( oils, dried herbs, sugar, flour etc).
7 + day stays in Dec and January each year are peak season so are NOT discounted by 10%, but are the other 10 months of the year - there is no facility with Air BNB to show this in the pricing section.

Restaurants, pubs and shopping are all within a 2 to 15 minute walk along the beachfront with several swimming beaches nearby, one being just across the road. The closest restaurant and playground is just a 2 minute walk away at Swanbourne Beach.
Swanbourne Beach, North Cottesloe Beach and Cottesloe Beach are all manned by lifeguards during Summer.
