The space
The apartment is on a quiet street in the Capitol Hill Historic District, half a block from Lincoln Park. Easily walk to Eastern Market, shops, bars, and restaurants. It's also walking distance to the US Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and Union Station.

Nicely furnished studio apartment in Capitol Hill Townhouse. Separate entrance, queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette with under counter fridge, microwave, toaster oven, counter top induction hotplate, Wifi, Netflix and other extras. Two bikes provided for guests, including helmets, lights, lock, basket.

Street parking is available, ask us about parking pass permit which will allow you to park on the street 24/7.

There are several Metrobus lines just around the corner and within two blocks (to Downtown DC and Eastern Market), the Capitol Bike Share station is one block away, and Metro (Eastern Market Metro - Orange, Blue, & Silver lines - 15 min walk - Union Station, Red line Metro and Amtrak 25 minute walk).

Short cab ride to National Airport. Uber generally arrives in less than 5 minutes.

Guest access
Guest access is from lower entrance door at the front of the house (a few steps down). There is a keypad lock - we'll send the code. You'll be able to let yourself in when you arrive. There is an internal stair which connects the lower level with the main house; it remains locked when guests are present.

Other things to note
No washer dryer in the unit. 2 blocks to the closest laundromat.
