Welcome to the Riverwatch cottage nestled between the St. Sebastian river and the Indian River Lagoon. This Completely renovated cottage has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms, and florida room. Enjoy beautiful, sunrises while watching boats go by. Located within a 15 minute drive to the many beaches and within walking distance to restaurant/bar and Marina and short drive to Indian river Drive where there are many bars, restaurants, and live entertainment. A true Water lovers paradise!
