The space
This charming and well-furnished apartment for two features a small equipped balcony with table, two chairs, and automatic awnings, amd it offers stunning panoramas of the sea, Manarola village, and the traditional terraced vineyards.
It consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a 160 x 190 cm good quality mattress, an open-plan new kitchen in the cozy living area, and a modern bathroom with shower. It includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, two induction burners, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, first aid kit, and eco-friendly courtesy products.

Other things to note
1. Guest Registration
In Italy, the registration of all guests is mandatory. Guests must provide their documents promptly upon request by your host Barbara, as they are required for access to the property and must be submitted prior to arrival.
Important: Non-EU citizens must provide a valid passport (driver’s license or other documents are not accepted).
2. Tourist Tax
A local tourist tax is required by the Municipality. This tax is not included in your prepayment and must be paid directly to the host during your stay, in cash and in euros only.
Amount: €3 per person per night for the first three nights (children under 10 are exempt).
For longer stays, the tax applies only to the first three nights.
Please note: Possible changes for the new coming season cannot be ruled out; management is not responsible in any way for any changes mentioned above. In case, guests will be informed promptly of any updates.
3. Receipts
Receipts will be generally issued online and a copy will be sent to the guest within check-out.
The amount on the receipt does not include the tourist tax.
4. Cars & Parking
Cars are not allowed in town! Manarola is Limited traffic Zone!
Although you can drive up to the entrance of Manarola, you must park the car outside because Manarola is a pedestrian village, made up of sloping walking paths and narrow streets, ups and downs, steps.
Due to its morphological peculiarity you have to keep in mind that you can not reach your accommodation by car but only on foot! Think carefully when packing your luggage!
5. Parking Options
Although car is not the best option to reach Manarola and parking could give you a little stress, especially during high season or bank holidays, you can try to find a spot either along the main road (for free) in the allowed spaces by paying much attention to the international road signs or in the toll parking managed by the Municipality.
Both these parking areas are located outside the village, about 15 minute walk from our property.
6. Location
The accommodation is in the central part of Manarola, within easy walking distance of the train station (downtown) and parking areas (uptown/outside the village). Heavy luggage may make the walk feel longer.
7. Self Check-In
Check-in is generally via lockbox at the entrance doors.
On your arrival day, once the accommodation is ready, your host Barbara will send the lockbox codes via Airbnb chat.
Important: Internet access is required on your device to receive the codes.
8. Parties
Parties and private events are not allowed.
9. Additional Guests
Introducing or inviting additional guests without prior authorization from your host Barbara is strictly prohibited!
