Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway in the heart of Carrickalinga. Our spacious and inviting coastal home offers a tranquil retreat for couples who want to relax or families and groups of up to 8 with a combustion fireplace and spa.
Nestled in a prime location just steps away from the pristine shores of Carrickalinga Beach, you'll wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and breathtaking views of the Ocean.
A short walk takes you directly to the sandy shores of Carrickalinga Beach.
The space
The Coastal Retreat: Our home is a spacious and beautifully designed coastal retreat with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. With 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. It's perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation and beachfront living.
Breathtaking Views: Enjoy panoramic views of the shimmering ocean from the large windows and outdoor deck. The sunset over the water is a sight to behold, and you'll have a front-row seat to nature's nightly spectacle.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. There is 2 low line single bunks in Bedroom 3 to sleep 4. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Entertainment: Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV with streaming services. Board games and books are also available for your entertainment.
A Combustion fireplace for those cool nights to sit back and watch the flames flicker.
Outdoor Living: Unwind on the spacious deck with outdoor seating and a dining area. The backyard offers an enclosed space with fencing around the perimeter of the rear yard.

This property is privately owned and accessible only by guests. You will have access to all rooms of the property (excluding storage and WIR spaces) and yards during your stay.

There are stairs within the property with a baby gate at the top.
There are 2 living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with their own TV.
Some beach equipment has been provided including umbrella, picnic blanket and beach cricket set. Please BYO beach towels.
