We arrived at the apartment at 10:00pm at night after a drive up from Melbourne. Jocelyn was very accommodating and made sure that we settled in, even though it was quite late. The bedroom was warm and inviting and the kitchen/lounge area was really homey and clean. Yummy toast and tea for breakfast. Would recommend! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Rohan warmly welcomed us. The apartment was very spacious and everything we could possibly need was provided. The Old Post Office has been beautifully restored and has lots of period atmosphere with modern facilities and comforts. Convenient to the centre of historic St Arnaud. One of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Rohan and I love running our B & Bs in the Wimmera region of country Victoria. We have two guest apartments in an old Post Office in St Arnaud. It was built in 1866 during the Gold Rush. We also have the delightful timber cottage 'Maison Citron', built in the early 1900s. We enjoy meeting our interesting guests & we work 24/7 to keep our B & Bs running smoothly.
Together, we have extensive work experience in Architecture & Building, Hospitality, & Retail sectors.
Our two adult children currently live in Melbourne. One is busy at TAFE & one is pursuing a new country lifestyle with her husband. Remi Edouard, our black standard poodle puppy lives with us.
We enjoy bush walking and wildflower season is spectacular from August through to Nov. There are stands of Grey Grass Trees(a threatened species recovery project) in our locale close to View Point. Lovely views of distant ranges can be seen from there too. You can also find many old gold mining sites around the area which are easily accessible whilst out walking. Bell Rock is one of these areas. The Wax Gardens are also interesting, and you can view local native flora in a protected environment in the St Arnaud Range Park.
We have travelled and used Airbnb extensively, both overseas and in Australia. We are travelling again later this year and have booked again with Airbnb, as our experiences have always been fantastic. We hope we offer you the same experiences.
We look forward to meeting you and having you stay here in St Arnaud.
Best wishes, Rohan and Jocelyn
