Nestled amongst East Kangaloon's blue ribbon estates, The Old Dairy is an enchanting retreat where peace and tranquility transpire.
90 acres of prime Southern Highlands farmland, The Old Dairy is an easy weekend escape from the city, perfect for larger groups.
Architecturally designed by Philip Cox with rammed earth walls, steel, & polished concrete.
North facing rooms capture fabulous views of rolling hills all the way to the Blue Mtns, meandering cows and if you’re lucky, the odd wombat!

The space
The property consists of 3 completely separate pods:

The main wing features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room, laundry, a large open fire;
A main bedroom + ensuite and a secondary double bedroom (sleeps 4)
A semi- detached wing offers two more bedrooms (queen and 2 x singles) and bathroom (sleeps 4)queen and 2 x singles) and bathroom (sleeps 4)
A teenage retreat (or a room for kids ‘en masse’), with two double bunks and two trundle beds (sleeps 6)

The home sleeps 8 comfortably, but can sleep up to 14 if need be. Think of roaring fireplaces and underfloor heating on cold nights and in the warmer weather wide terraces set for long lunches under the trees, celebratory drinks, BBQ's and evenings around the firepit listening to the lowing of cows.
