Re Cosy and cleaning: We are disappointed you did not tell us that you were not 100% satisfied. We ask our guests several times to contact us if something is not up to their satisfaction as we can solve any issue. We have a maintenance team, cleaning team a representative team and office staff. We have also a We are listening notice whit all our contact details (whats App, Email, phone and (Hidden by Airbnb) ) attached to the back of the main apartment doors. So we will contact the guest to get feed back on what they found not 100% satisfactory.
On a general note guests often wonder how the apartment got dusty quickly. Malta is very dry and thus dusty. Especially on windy days a thin layer of dust on the floor and on the furniture forms very easily. Even within 1 hour of cleaning.
Re: airport transfers - We offer airport transfers at cost price. We use the biggest and best company in Malta that uses GPS technology to track all vehicles and make sure all are on time. The cost is just euro 28 for a cab (up to 4 persons) and euro 7 per person for 5 plus guests. Vehicles are new, clean and with polite drivers (which is rare in Malta). Drivers will call the guest and guests as soon as he arrives. The guests will also receive an SMS with the taxi reg. no. and drivers name, 5 minutes before the taxi is there. We do suggest guests to book airport transfers as Bus airport busses can take much longer and many guests find it hard to stop at the right bus stop and end up taking another taxi or walk the distance with luggage. Thus Airport busses are good only for departures late in the afternoon or evening.
Shuttle services are cheap but they take long as they need to fill a bus and try to do drop offs in main Hotels or areas like Squares so to reduce time. Many guests have taken shuttle busses and instead of ending at our address they end up in some big hotel as the shuttle bus driver tells them to get off the bus there.
We have been renting apartments since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and have 40 apartments. Thus when we recommend something we know what we are saying and it has come by many years and large volumes of experiences.
