With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and views across the surrounding meadows, this barn-style property sleeps up to 10 guests. Designed for comfort and connection, this modern barn-style home combines contemporary style with warm, welcoming touches. It's an ideal setting for family gatherings, walking weekends, or simply switching off in comfort.

• Living Area: A large open-plan living and dining area with high, wood-beamed ceilings, a cosy wood-burning fireplace, and an integrated Sonos sound system.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen featuring an AGA stove and Nespresso machine, perfect for preparing delicious meals.
• Utility: A convenient boot room is available for your outdoor gear.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 8 adults and 2 children):
• Master Suite (first floor): An opulent suite occupying its own floor with a super-king bed, stunning views, a walk-in shower, two separate wash stands, and a large double-ended bath.
• Bedroom 2 (ground floor): An en-suite king-size bedroom with a tucked-away trundle bed.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property and its grounds during their stay. This includes:

Greenoaks sits on the outskirts of Heyshott, surrounded by the countryside of the South Downs National Park. Midhurst is around a 5–10-minute drive away, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants, while Cowdray Estate is around 10 minutes away for polo, golf, estate walks and the farm shop. Woolbeding Gardens is approximately 10–15 minutes away, and Chichester, with its magnificent cathedral, shops and restaurants, is around 20 minutes by car. Goodwood Estate is around 25–30 minutes away, making Greenoaks a great base for exploring the South Downs, historic market towns and the wider West Sussex countryside.
