The Architect and Artist owners have designed and crafted every detail using timber milled and sourced from the family farm.

The space
Its an architecturally designed studio with beautiful views and sun. Creative books and magazines available for reading. Large flat lawn. Lovely private hot bath tub (not a spa) looking over the city. Google chrome cast and screen on the mezzanine. Wifi, internet and ethernet. Cereal, milk, tea and plunger coffee provided. (butter and jam not provided currently due to pandemic) Comfy queen bed in the loft mezzanine access via ladder. High quality Danish sofa double bed in the common space. Free on street parking with a walkup of 4 flights of stairs to the studio. outside bbq for cooking (no oven in kitchenette.)

Where you’ll be

Wellington, New Zealand

A family oriented neighbourhood. there is a local cafe ('Damascus' open thurs/fri/sat) which has opened a short walking distance around the block at the Vogelmorn bowling club and a corner shop. Brooklyn shops and cinema and restaurant 'Salty Pidgin' is a slightly longer walk approx 15 mins. no 7 bus goes to Brooklyn shops and town.

The studio is behind our manager's home and we are only 15 min drive if there any issues. We respect the privacy of our guests so we will always message you before we bring any supplies up.
