We are sorry that the apartment was not up to your expectations/ our housekeeping standards. Please, note that you have arrived earlier than standard check in time to the apartment. We finished cleaning at 15:15, because we had been testing a new dish washing machine, which was installed specifically upon your request to make your stay more comfortable. Please, also note, that the new dish washing machine costed more than you paid for several days of staying in the apartment. We greatly appreciate your comments about apartment aspects that need updating. It is a pleasure to announce that we will be implementing many of these upgrades to the property within the next couple of months. We also cleaned a sewage drain system twice with chemicals, because we discovered that some guests threw the trash into the toilet instead of trash can that caused the smell. Despite our policy of having non-refundable advance purchase reservations, we also offered you a very generous refund. As you can see from our many positive reviews, we are capable of delivering a great guest experience and we're sorry we didn't deliver during your stay. In taking great care of the apartments, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere.
