Red Fin is a new 4 bedroom Home with COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI AND IS PET FRIENDLY, an open plan living area with large north facing, floor to ceiling windows, letting in plenty of light and warmth.
Red Fin is in a quiet sub division with views of the bush and reserve and only 50 metres to the beach.
You will be able to see kangaroos feeding at dawn & dusk and in winter the local reserve fills with water creating a lake for all the local bird life.

Living Room:
Contains a Split system air conditioner, red leather lounge suite, Smart TV with access to Netflix (bring your log in details) for those lazy days on the couch, Blu-ray DVD player and a great selection of DVD's and games.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, 4 stools, modern 8 seater dining table. Under bench oven, above bench cook tops, microwave, dishwasher, pantry cupboard, high quality cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils.
Bedroom 1:
Queen ensemble with high quality linen & towels. Ensuite bathroom with double shower heads & toilet, with easy wheelchair access to the shower and toilet if required. Walk in Robe and overhead ceiling fan. A sliding door leads out to the front deck and has great views of the bush scenery. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2:
Queen ensemble with high quality linen & towels. Over head ceiling fan & a split system air conditioner, built in wardrobes. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3:
2 x Bunk beds, with high quality linen & towels. LED TV & DVD player. Bean bags for more comfort. Sleeps 4.
Bedroom 4:
Double bed plus single bed with high quality linen & towels. Overhead ceiling fan, built in wardrobes. Sleeps 3.
Main bathroom:
Shower, bath, separate vanity area & toilet.
Laundry:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum, brooms & mops. A small amount of washing powder.
Outside:
8 seater outdoor setting, BBQ facilities, fully enclosed level backyard with a lockable gate. Concrete driveway with parking for the biggest of boats. An outdoor Hot & Cold shower fantastic for those days that you spend down at the beach or diving the local sink holes.

Stay at Red Fin with complete peace of mind. It has been thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaning products and carpets professionally cleaned. This is a self contained accommodation with self check in facilities allowing you to be totally self sufficient.
Red Fin is located at 5 Shell Drive, and is part of The Blue Fin Group, which also own the property "Blue Fin" and "Horizons". "Blue Fin" is right next door for those larger groups or families that want to stay altogether in the one location. "Horizons" is a 2-story apartment located on the foreshore with magnificent views of the sea.
Red Fin is located just behind the foreshore out of the wind yet only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Only a few steps to the reef, a great spot for collecting shells and spotting crabs. It is also a short distance to a walking track, ideal for taking refreshing walks and taking in the idyllic scenery with plenty of space for children to explore.

A Fabulous house built for long lasting holiday memories. Plenty of room for the kids to kick the footy, ride their bikes or fly a kite or run without a care in the world. For the wet days there are plenty of board games, cards, or DVDs that they can watch in their own room. For the Adults it is quiet enough to read a book or magazine or drink a couple of glasses of wine while solving the problems of the world.

A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the client. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your stay.
Pets are welcome but are not allowed on beds and furniture. A pet fee of $10 is charged for their stay. Guests are required to bring their own pet beds and bowls. An additional cleaning fee of $30 may be charged if pet cleanup is necessary.
