Our heritage listed 1845 cottage is set on a working vineyard/winery in Light Pass the Barossa Valley, The Willows Vineyard. Starting its life as the original Willow’s hospital and then Albert Scholz’ pharmacy, our cottage has been lovingly restored in keeping with its original character. The ideal location to explore the Barossa Valley, local cellar doors and the Barossa farmers market (a mere 5 minutes away).

Other things to note
Light breakfast provisions and a bottle of Willows wine for the first night provided.

Things to know; phylloxera is a threat to our vineyard. We may ask you whether you have visited a phylloxera affected area. We kindly request that you do not walk amongst our Vineyard without permission.

The cottage is an attached building, as this was part of the old hospital, family members live nearby.

The cottage is heritage listed and has some low doorways.

Due to the proximity of the North Para River, this cottage is not suitable for children.

We have an old Vineyard dog – Alby, if you are uncomfortable with dogs we will endeavour to keep him away.
