Vintage cottage with living room, bath with clawfoot tub and overhead shower. Kitchen, breakfast bar and outdoor patio. Two fire-pits. Outdoor grill (LP). Sauna with outdoor shower. Live music at the barn. Beautiful views and walking paths. Located on vineyards, winery and orchards. Cottage is adjacent to Carver Park Reserve.
Parley Lake is one mile away with boat landing access. Ample parking.

Guest access
Main level and upstairs bedroom. No access to lower level.

Other things to note
Historic cottage, lovingly restored. It was originally constructed for the storage of grains with rough sawn lumber, materials that are impossible to replace today. The storage and movement of grain over time polished the walls and floors to a beautiful natural patina which also absorbed the oil from the grains to give it a really dark honey color finish. Big woods walking ecological region. Excellent for romantic walk with your wine in the vineyard and orchard. Breathtaking view of vineyard.
