Compact air conditioned studio bedsit apartment. It has a floor space of about 25 square metres, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge and sink with filtered water and a dining table for two. Double bed with blankets and linen. You have your own bathroom with toilet, shower,hand basin and hair dryer. Towels and linen are included. it has two chairs to relax or watch the TV with DVD or use the WIFI. A built in ducted vacuum cleaner makes it convenient to keep the unit clean. Whilst the unit is compact at approximately 25 sq m in area, it is set in large grounds with a communal undercover BBQ area and out door kitchen and a fantastic 10mx4m solar heated salt water pool with a great enclosure and day bed, so you won't feel too confined. Washing machine in a separate laundry, washing powder supplied and two clothes lines, one outside and a smaller one under cover.
We are situated approximately 10 minutes walk from the Centrepoint shopping centre,train station,pubs and restaurant. The new St John of God hospital and shopping at Midland central is a 5 minute drive away The Swan Valley wine growing region is a short drive away, with many wineries offering wine tastings and many having restaurants. The Swan river foreshore park with 3.5km of river frontage and cycle/walk trails is a 10 minute walk away.
The train station is a 10 minute walk and a train ride into the Perth CBD is approximately 25 minutes.The closest beaches on the train line are Cottesloe and Mosman which are about 45 mins.
Bordering the seasonal Blackadder creek,we are situated at the end of a quiet street, surrounded by bush. In the winter months, the creek normally starts to flow from May/June and will continue until Christmas. During this time, there is much wildlife activity, especially the frogs calling out to each other. Other visitors to the area include Black red tail cockatoos, several kookaburra families,abundant bird life and long neck turtles. Its a little bit of bush in the middle of suburbia. You will find it quiet and relaxing and we will do our utmost to make your stay here as pleasant as possible.
Our apartments are self contained and there is no food supplied. There will be a few things like tea and coffee, condiments etc. But if you would like milk or or you have any requests, please mention this at time of booking rather than leave it as a comment in a review.

1. OUR ACCOMMODATION IS ABSOLUTELY SMOKE FREE, AS IS OUR ENTIRE PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY FOR NON SMOKERS ONLY, WHICH MEANS YOU DO NOT SMOKE, EVEN OUTSIDE THE FRONT GATE OF THE PROPERTY. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. THREE DOGS LIVE ON THE PROPERTY.
WIFI, common BBQ area, large grounds and swimming pool.

Other things to note
Ample parking and lots of trees
Gates must be shut at all times after entering or leaving to prevent the dogs from wandering away. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Guests are expected to keep the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness and leave the same.
