Sharlynn by the River is set on 1.5 hectares of rain-forest and gardens only 5 minutes drive from Malanda and very close to the crater lakes of Eacham and Barrine. You are only 7 minutes drive to the village of Yungaburra.
Stay at Sharlynn and discover all that the Atherton Tablelands has to offer in great landscapes and many attractions. Your kitchen is stocked daily with fresh tableland local products you can use to prepare your sumptuous breakfast.

The space
This exclusive cabin is very spacious opening out onto a full length verandah to enjoy the wildlife, rain-forest and the river in complete privacy. There are 1.5 hectares of gardens and rain-forest to enjoy as you stroll down the 39 steps to the river where you can enjoy a swim in your own private natural pool.

Your privacy is paramount as we only have one cabin on the property at Sharlynn by the River. The serenity and being one with nature and wildlife will have you in a very relaxed state in no time rejuvenating your senses and enjoying your time at Sharlynn.

Neighbourhood highlights

Malanda is the dairying centre of the Atherton Tablelands. The rolling hills and landscapes are magnificent encouraging you to enjoy the great outdoors. Sharlynn is about 750 metres above sea level so we are 7-8 degrees cooler than the tropical coast. Bring a spare jumper. We do provide umbrellas as living in the rain-forest can sometimes be wet.
