The 2-room apartment (about 47 m²) is in the heart of Davos, in the immediate vicinity of Davos Dorf station. Within walking distance are bus stops, the Parsenn cable car valley station and the extensive cross-country ski trail network and various shops.

The apartment (about 47 m²) has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (incl. fondue & raclette utensils, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, 3-plate stove, capsule coffee machine, etc.)Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, shower. 1 bedroom with double bed and living room with 2 folding beds, two upholstered furniture sets and dining area. Duvets, pillows and linens are provided, as are towels and kitchen linens. In the fall of 2025, the windows were completely renewed.
