This is the perfect space for a solo traveler visiting New York on a budget who would like to stay in a quiet, charming apartment instead of a crowded hostel.

You will have one bedroom to yourself in our gut-renovated, two bedroom apartment in a historic building circa 1911. We are located right across the street from an iconic Brooklyn park with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. It is one of the best spots in the city to watch the sunset.

Loved the area. Sunset park was lovely and always full of activity. Brock was most welcoming and Erin a delight. Best way to manhattan was via d train or 45th st subway. Took about an hour to get to central manhattan but the trip was good. Highly recommend this place.

I was greeted at the door and then mostly left to my own devices, which suited me just fine. Although the room is not massively spacious, it is in front of a wonderful park and within easy walking distance of loads of restaurants. I had a great night there - thanks

I'm an artist with a day job living in New York. My last trip abroad was to Italy in September '16, where I tracked down family members I had never met before in Abruzzo and Umbria.
